1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using yardclubs.com and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Yard Clubs LLC provides inflatable nightclub rental services for private events in South Florida. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
3. Bookings & Payments
A deposit is required to secure your booking date. Final payment is due prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may forfeit the deposit.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for ensuring adequate space, power supply, and a safe setup environment. Yard Clubs LLC reserves the right to cancel if conditions are deemed unsafe.
5. Liability
Yard Clubs LLC is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow setup guidelines. Clients assume responsibility for their guests.
6. SMS Communications
By submitting a booking inquiry, you consent to receive SMS messages from Yard Clubs LLC regarding your booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
