How it works

Four steps from first message to lights out. We roll up, inflate, light it up, tune the sound and hand you the aux cord.

    Reach out and we’ll confirm your date is open and send a quick quote.

  2. Book your Yard Club

    Lock in your date and package.

  3. Secure payment

    We send you a secure payment link to confirm your booking. $500 holds your date and goes toward your total.

  4. Delivery & setup

    We arrive about 3 hours before your event and set up the nightclub, lighting, A/C unit and sound system. When your event ends that same day, we break it all down and pack up.

Setup requirements

A few things to have ready so setup goes smoothly.

Power
Four 120V, 20-amp outlets on different breakers. The blower and the A/C unit can’t share an outlet; they draw too much power.
Grass
Have it cut as low as possible so the floor liner inside lies flat and safe, with nothing to trip on.
Turf or concrete
No prep needed on turf, concrete or any other hard surface.
Space
14′ W × 17′ L × 13′ H for the Small. 21′ W × 21′ L × 14′ H for the Large.
Footwear
Sneakers and flat sandals only. No high heels; they can damage the floor lining.
