Delivery & Setup
We arrive about 3 hours before your event and set up the nightclub, lighting, A/C unit, and sound system. When your event ends that same day, we break it all down and pack up.
Setup Requirements
A few things to have ready so setup goes smoothly.
- We'll need four (4) 120V / 20 Amp power outlets on different breakers. The blower and A/C unit cannot be on the same outlet due to high power draw.
- If the nightclub will be placed on grass, please have it cut/mowed as low as possible to ensure the interior liner stays flat and safe (no tripping hazards).
- If placed on turf, concrete, or other hard surfaces, no grass prep is needed.
- Please confirm you have enough space: 21 ft (L) x 21 ft (W) x 14 ft (H).
- Footwear policy: sneakers and flat sandals only. No high heels, as they can damage the floor lining.
