Why Vero Beach hosts book us for their graduation party
Graduation season in South Florida stacks parties onto the same few weekends. Give your grad the one their friends don't leave early: a private nightclub in the backyard, A/C on, lights and fog going and the class playlist on the speakers. Family gets the food and the photos outside. The grads get the club.
We bring it from our Fort Lauderdale base, about 2h from Vero Beach. The crew arrives about three hours before your start time, sets up the club, lighting, A/C and sound, and breaks it all down when the party ends. You need a flat spot (14' x 17' for the Small, 21' x 21' for the Large) and four standard outlets on separate breakers. No outlets nearby? Add our generator.
- Book 2–3 weeks out (not 6 months)
- Fits up to 20 or 50 guests
- Full lighting + sound package
- Great for class reunions too
Lock the date early
Book as soon as the ceremony date is out. Popular dates book 6 to 8 weeks ahead and most others 2 to 3 weeks, and graduation weekends are popular.
Two parties in one yard
Run it in two parts: family, food and speeches outside, then friends inside the club once the sun goes down. The Large holds up to 50 guests and the Small up to 20, and the cake and the food stay outside the club.
High school, college or grad school
For a high school grad, you set the house rules: we set no age limit, and anything served is the host's call. For a college or med school grad, it's a private club with a guest list you approve. Either way, add a DJ or run the playlist over Bluetooth.
Planning checklist
Book as soon as the ceremony date is announced.
Split the day: family time outside, the club for friends.
Measure the spot: 14' x 17' or 21' x 21', flat, nothing overhead.
Four outlets on separate breakers, or add the generator.
Food and cake on a table outside the club.
Tell guests: sneakers or flats inside.
