Why Tallahassee hosts book us for their Grand Opening
Tallahassee has no shortage of bars, ballrooms, and banquet halls — but none of them are your place, with your people, playing your music. When you bring Yard Clubs to your Grand Opening, you get every benefit of a real nightclub (sound, lighting, climate control, atmosphere) without ceding control of the vibe to a venue manager.
We bring it from our Fort Lauderdale base, about 6h 42m from Tallahassee. The crew arrives about three hours before your start time, sets up the club, lighting, A/C and sound, and breaks it all down when the party ends. You need a flat spot (14' x 17' for the Small, 21' x 21' for the Large) and four standard outlets on separate breakers. No outlets nearby? Add our generator.
- Set up on your own lot
- Red carpet entrance add-on
- Pro DJ add-on
- Crew arrives about three hours before doors open

Up to 20 guests, the Small (14' x 17') does it. For 20 to 50 guests, book the Large (21' x 21'). For a bigger crowd we can combine units or add overflow shade. Send us your headcount and we'll size it.

The Small nightclub package starts at $999. We rent by the event, not by the hour, and the final price depends on the size and the add-ons you pick (DJ, generator, red carpet).
