Why Ponte Vedra Beach hosts book us for their corporate event
The team has done the steakhouse and the bowling alley. Give them a night they'll actually talk about: a private nightclub on your company's own lot, with A/C, club lighting, fog and sound running before the first guest walks in. It works for a team night, a client party, a launch or a sales kickoff.
We bring it from our Fort Lauderdale base, about 4h 43m from Ponte Vedra Beach. The crew arrives about three hours before your start time, sets up the club, lighting, A/C and sound, and breaks it all down when the party ends. You need a flat spot (14' x 17' for the Small, 21' x 21' for the Large) and four standard outlets on separate breakers. No outlets nearby? Add our generator.
- Set up on your company's own property
- Delivery, setup and teardown included
- Add a DJ to run the room
- Fits up to 20 or 50 guests per unit
Where it works
On your own property: a company lot, a courtyard or a lawn that's flat and open overhead. If you lease, get the property manager's OK first. We need four outlets on separate breakers, or we bring a generator.
Sized to the headcount
The Small holds up to 20 guests, right for a department. The Large holds up to 50, right for a team or a client night. For a bigger company, ask about combining units.
Easy on whoever is organizing
One quote covers the nightclub, delivery, setup and teardown, and you'll have it in writing within a few hours of asking. The crew arrives about three hours before the start time and breaks everything down the same day. Add a DJ to run the room.
