Why Pompano Beach hosts book us for their New Year's Eve party
New Year's Eve out means a ticket price, a line, a crowd you didn't invite and a surge-priced ride home. New Year's Eve in a Yard Club means your people, your countdown and a private nightclub steps from your door, with the A/C, the lights, the fog and the sound ready long before midnight.
We bring it from our Fort Lauderdale base, about 20 min from Pompano Beach. The crew arrives about three hours before your start time, sets up the club, lighting, A/C and sound, and breaks it all down when the party ends. You need a flat spot (14' x 17' for the Small, 21' x 21' for the Large) and four standard outlets on separate breakers. No outlets nearby? Add our generator.
- No Uber surge — guests are home
- Strobe, laser and fog for the countdown
- Add a DJ for the countdown
- Books up early — reserve by November
Book it early
December 31 is one night and everyone wants it. Popular dates book 6 to 8 weeks out; for New Year's Eve, ask in October or November.
Keep everyone home
The best part of New Year's Eve at home is the ride nobody needs. Plan rides or a place to stay for anyone drinking, and the night ends steps from the couch.
Countdown, then the club
Do the toast at the door, then everyone inside. Confetti and confetti cannons stay outside the club, with the red wine and the greasy food: a unit returned excessively soiled carries a $500 cleaning fee.
Planning checklist
Book in October or November.
Add a DJ for the countdown.
