Why Naples hosts book us for their after-prom party
Prom ends at the venue. The after-prom is where the night goes next, and a lot of parents would rather it went to their backyard. A Yard Club gives the class a real nightclub at home: lights, fog, A/C and their playlist, with house rules you set and the adults a few steps away.
We bring it from our Fort Lauderdale base, about 1h 43m from Naples. The crew arrives about three hours before your start time, sets up the club, lighting, A/C and sound, and breaks it all down when the party ends. You need a flat spot (14' x 17' for the Small, 21' x 21' for the Large) and four standard outlets on separate breakers. No outlets nearby? Add our generator.
- Turnkey for parents hosting after-prom
- Teen-safe — no liquor required
- Photo-ready entrance + LED wash
- Set up before the class gets back
An after-prom parents can sign off on
We set no age limit and we don't serve anything: the house rules are yours. Because the party is at your address, you know who's there and when they leave.
Time it to the night
Tell us when the class gets back from prom and the crew sets up about three hours before. When the party ends, we break it all down.
Dress for the photos, dance in sneakers
Prom heels stay outside: they damage the floor liner. Set a basket by the door and let everyone dance in sneakers, flats or socks. The same setup works for homecoming parties, and for school dances on the school's own campus.
Planning checklist
Book 6 to 8 weeks out: prom weekends are popular.
Set the house rules and share them with the other parents.
Plan the arrival time back from prom; the crew sets up about three hours before.
Put a shoe basket at the door: no heels inside.
Keep the food outside the club.
Count heads: up to 20 or up to 50.
FAQs · Prom & School Dances in Naples
Is it OK for high schoolers?
Yes. We set no age limit, and we do sweet 16s, quinceañeras and school-age parties. The house rules, and anything served, are the host's responsibility.
When do you set up?
Tell us when the class gets back from prom. The crew arrives about three hours before that, so the club is ready when they walk in.
Can a school book you for a dance?
Yes, on the school's own campus. Send us the address and the date.
What about prom heels?
No heels inside the club: they damage the floor liner. Sneakers, flat sandals or socks only.
Do you deliver to Naples?
