Why Delray Beach hosts book us for their birthday party
A birthday in a Yard Club starts the moment guests walk out back: lights moving, fog rolling, the A/C already running and the guest of honor's playlist on the speakers. It's a real nightclub with a guest list you wrote, no cover, no bottle minimum and no last call from a stranger. It works for a 21st, a 40th or a 60th, because the room is yours.
We bring it from our Fort Lauderdale base, about 32 min from Delray Beach. The crew arrives about three hours before your start time, sets up the club, lighting, A/C and sound, and breaks it all down when the party ends. You need a flat spot (14' x 17' for the Small, 21' x 21' for the Large) and four standard outlets on separate breakers. No outlets nearby? Add our generator.
- Climate-controlled AC — no sweaty guests
- Laser + LED nightclub lighting package
- Two club speakers with Bluetooth
- Pro delivery, setup, and tear-down
Pick the size by the guest list
The Small nightclub (14' x 17') holds up to 20 guests: the inner circle, or a close-friends dinner that turns into a dance. The Large (21' x 21') holds up to 50, which covers most milestone birthdays with room to move. If the list runs longer, ask about combining units or adding shade outside for the overflow.
Run it in two acts
Do dinner, the toast and the cake outside, where food belongs: greasy food and red wine stay out of the club, light drinks can come in. Then open the doors and move the party inside. Add a DJ to read the room, or connect a phone over Bluetooth and run the playlist yourself. The red carpet turns the guest of honor's entrance into the first photo of the night.
Easy on the house
We deliver, set up and break everything down the same day. You need a flat spot of grass or pavement with nothing overhead, and four outlets on separate breakers, or our generator. Guests dance in sneakers, flat sandals or socks; heels stay at the door because they damage the floor liner.
Planning checklist
Count the guest list: up to 20 for the Small, up to 50 for the Large.
Book 2 to 3 weeks out, or 6 to 8 weeks for a popular weekend.
Measure a flat spot with nothing overhead: 14' x 17' or 21' x 21'.
Check for four outlets on separate breakers, or add the generator.
Set the food and cake table outside the club.
Put "sneakers or flats" on the invitation.

Can adults drink at the party?
We set no age limit and no alcohol rule of our own: what's served at your party is the host's responsibility. Light drinks are fine inside; keep red wine and greasy food outside.
Can it be a surprise party?
Yes. Tell us when you book. The crew arrives about three hours before the start time, so plan the reveal around when the guest of honor gets home.
Is it only for adult birthdays?
No. We do kids' parties and sweet 16s as well as 21sts, 30ths, 40ths and every milestone after.
What if it rains on the day?
Light rain is fine: the Large nightclub is fully waterproof and the Small is water-resistant. For severe weather, we work with you to reschedule.
Do you deliver to Delray Beach?
Yes. We deliver across Delray Beach and Palm Beach County, about 32 min from our Fort Lauderdale base. We set up at your home, or on your company's own property for a corporate event.
How much does it cost in Delray Beach?
The Small nightclub package starts at $999. We rent by the event, not by the hour, and the final price depends on the size and the add-ons you pick (DJ, generator, red carpet). Delivery to Delray Beach is free — included in every booking. Fill out the Check Availability form for a written quote within a few hours.
